Stylish room, comfortable bed, with a nice wet room that made our stay enjoyable. we loved the attentiveness of the staff, the free Wi-Fi, and the convenience of the off-site car park located just 20 km from the hotel.
It was perfect.

Unique room designs caught my eye, especially in the Deluxe Suite, boasting a chic style that felt both modern and cozy. The availability of streaming services made my downtime enjoyable, allowing me to kick back with my favorite shows after a long day.
Finding the entrance took longer than expected, as the hotel’s exterior is somewhat off-putting and parking options are limited to street spots nearby. The noise from outside and other guests occasionally disrupted my peace, and I was greeted with some faint food smells in the hallway that might bother more sensitive noses. It's also worth noting that if you're planning to enjoy a full English breakfast, the absence of bacon could be a letdown for some.

The Deluxe Suite I stayed in was super spacious with a comfy bed, and I loved the convenience of getting breakfast delivered right on time! I enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden area, which made my stay even more refreshing. The only downside was that I could hear some noise from the room above, but it didn't take away from my overall comfort. 😊

Charming decor, attentive service, the driver of the travel service ensured we avoided traffic jams after the event at Villa Park, and the complimentary breakfast offered in-room dining was a delightful start to our day.
Everything was flawless.

The Deluxe Suite stood out with its beautifully designed interiors and high cleanliness standards. Plus, the availability of Netflix added a nice touch for winding down after a long day.
Parking posed a challenge upon arrival, necessitating some time spent searching for a spot on the street, which could be frustrating. A lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm during the afternoon, and the soundproofing wasn't quite sufficient, leading to disturbances from noise in the hallway. the breakfast options felt limited, missing staples like bacon from the full English, which could leave some guests wanting more at the start of their day.

We had a wonderful stay where Maria, the lady at reception, made us feel welcome right away, and the breakfast, oh boy, it was something else! And the room, it was like stepping into a magazine, comfortable and with everything we needed.
Yeah it wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, the experience was worth every penny.

It was just a strong match for a weekend jaunt in Oldbury with reasonable price. Breakfast was very tasty with a good choice, though the Turkey sausage was a bit spicy. Be careful if entering with wet shoes, the marble floor can be slippery.

I had a fabulous stay in the Superior Suite! The self-check-in was a breeze, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Plus, I absolutely adored the quirky decor. it was like staying in a dream!
The heater dial was a complete mystery—felt like I was playing an escape room game! And who needs a radiator in the bathroom? Brr!

She was incredible, made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived, really went above and beyond. And the Mayfair suite? It was not just a room, it was a sanctuary, modern and spotless, every little detail was just perfect.
Certainly not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for.
